Voodoo Doctor

Today I went to see Bill, who practices "voodoo medicine". His prescription, after his treatment, was to recite the following: "I surrender to my feelings; I accept my intuition and love." I'm going to make a concerted effort to love more this week. I'm going to be forgiving and loving and generous of heart. Hopefully it will translate in my playing, and my "chi" will remain aligned!

  1. I think I need to see this voodoo doc. Do you think he could give me a prescription that says, "I surrender to my logic, I accept my brain and use it." That would be great. I'd settle for "I rule over my tongue with brevity" too.

  2. LOL Oh, Kimberlee, I love you. The irony is this: I think you have tremendous logic. I think you are one of the smartest people I know, but you are easily convinced otherwise by your much less savvy associates. You are kind of like the scarecrow, who always has the best ideas and problem solving skills, but is still on a quest to find a brain. Brevity, on the other hand, not your strong suit, which is why I love you so much!
